I've been liking this same girl for 6 1/2 now (You may laugh.) and I've never told anyone except my best friend. It's been really bothering lately if she likes me. Here are some things she done that may have hinted it:
-If I'm not with my best friend, she'll come up to me and ask me where he is, though it doesn't really seem she cares where he is.
-One time, she went up to me and told me, "[best friend's name here] talks to me, but you don't. Why don't you talk to me much?" and it was random.
-Also, when we were in the same "buzz group" for morals class, she would always share what she thought about. I would rarely say anything, and she would always say things like "Let's see what [my name] thinks." and she'd just look at me directly in the eyes.
It was also a joke one time, I think, that someone who sits by her wrote "[Her name] loves [my name]". I have no idea if she really likes me or what.
Also on one more note, she doesn't pay attention to me much that I can notice.

I've heard everywhere that I should tell her or be more direct, but the thing is more than half the class is made of jerks. And another thing is, I'm a 10 rating on a shy scale. 10 being the highest.

It sounds like she is sending you mixed signals, you could try asking her if she likes you, if you think that that is to awkward then why don't you try just talking to her and getting to know her better and maybe you will find out the truth, or ask one of her friends if she likes you. Those are the only suggestions that I have for you, good luck.

Seems like your reading way to far into things buddy. If its bothering you go ahead and take the plunge, but before you do...
Get some confidence. There's nothing the ladies hate more than a guy coming up to them and then losing it ending up just standing there hardly able to form sentences and looking nervous as heck. Try just talking to her. Walk up to her and use an ice breaker "Nice weather huh?" or "Man that class sucked." If she responds talk with her, then move onto flirting, the flirting thing will get your foot in the door to ask her out. Then ya'll know.

sounds like she does but shes trying to break the ice with humour,so next time go to her with something funny or silly and see what response you get you may just be surprised

i think you should go and tell her how you feel and see how she feels maybe she does like you and its all for the better. well good luck with that

you have to approach her..lol..get her number...find a new woman if she turns you down...you are kind of obessed, so get over her cause no girls like guys that are obessed
