There is a girl I like but I can only hang out with her after school, her friend Christen... she hates me being close to her for some reason. I am not shur if I can ask he out, or if it is too soon. I havent known her for very long (1 month), but I do know we like the exact same things,yet I dont know how to ask her out. HELP ME PLEEEEEEESE!!!

Find her a friend and ask to go on a double date.

Well, if you like someone, go ahead and ask/offer to get to know her better. There's no harm in that, and if you use a bit of tact, you should get a good reaction
As for the friend? Friends are like that sometimes. They don't like it when a potential crush is in the picture. My old crush and my best friend HATED each other. My crush turned out to be just a really great friend, and my two "friends" don't get along or talk to each other, but you'll have that. Once the newness of you being around wears off, she should "hate" you as much, if she really even does.

ask her out straight forward that always works for most...or...start conversation and just throw it out there.......it not to soon, may be her friend christen hates you because she has a crush on you gurls do that replace jealousy wit envy hatred or she found out som bad dirt on you
