cure for snoring???
Most nights my sleep is so shattered by the REALLY LOUD snoring of my dreadfully overworked husband !!! No, seriously, my hubby snores so loudly most nights that I have to sleep on the couch........... Any ideas on how to stop his snoring anybody...... Preferably without doing anything illegal !!!

Snoring occurs when the airway at the back of the throat collapses - I don't there is a herbal remedy for that. I suggest your husband attend a sleep clinic as he is probably also suffers from sleep apnoea as well. He probably needs one of those machines that keeps his airways open and delivers oxygen as well to ensure that you both get a good night sleep.

I had good luck with the strips you put on your nose to help keep it open. The kind with some menthol on them.
Sleeping on the back is actually not good for the spine nor for snoring. Be sure he is sleeping on one side or the other and that can help reduce snoring. Have him breathe some menthol before bed and really blow the nose clean. That can do a lot to cut down on the noise. If that doesn't work you may have to get him to a nose doctor and see if they can do a little repair work inside his sinuses.
