I have been experiencing really thin stools (pencil thin , pellets) after a week of feeling pain in my tailbone area. It feels like something is obstructing my bowel movements as it reaches my rectum.

I have found blood marks after i wipe and I'm starting to wonder if I'm a 8% statistic of getting Colon Cancer below the age of 30.

Any informative feedback will be great

Typically...no.
They cause pain, itching, and bleeding...or painless bright red bleeding.

If:
Colon cancer runs in your family (especially at a young age)...
Your stool is tarry, very dark (even black)...
Or this has been going on for a long time...and continues...

It is time to get a colonoscopy...and not mess around with this.

Colon cancer takes around 10 years to develop from a harmless little polyp (which you might have) that grow and grows...and then transforms, flattens, and invades to become full-blown cancer. 10 years, though! Any time within those ten years, a polyp can be snipped right off (and cured completely) during a colonoscopy.

So...I wouldn't be extremely anxious if I were you (chances are that you DON'T have colon cancer or even a polyp!), but I wouldn't let it go on for years without getting scoped!

And either way:
Quit smoking (if you do)
Stop drinking heavily (if you do)
Lose weight (if your obese)
Start exercising regularly (if you don't)
Eat more fiber

These would all help prevent colon cancer (among other bad things)...as the opposites are all risk factors for colon cancer (and other bad things). Plus, the fiber will help get rid of the hemorroids, if you have them...

Hope this helped some.
