Move on to someone else or focus your thinking on some other activity other than a guy. Do not keep hanging on to thought of this guy. If he has a GF, then let him keep her while you occupy your time doing something else or with somebody else. Yes, it's possible for a someone to like you and have a GF. It's also possible that you do not waste your time on this guy.

i used to have a friend that still does this just dont go for him they just want u 4 ur looks not personality or anything else and expect him to go after other girls too

Dump him. He cheated on his girlfriend by starting with you. He'll do the same to you later if you don't dump him.
You could let his girlfriend know, if you think appropriate.

so you think he would be any more true to you than he is to her? NOT...if he is in a realtionship and is looking around then he will do it again when he is in a realtionship with you. He is a horn dog...get over him and let the other girl have the headache

you do nothing. if he doesnt like his gf he would leave her for you. but you cant try to make him dump her. its his decision who to pick. you should move on but if you really like him you can wait. if thats what you want.

Talk to him about it. If you're feeling that it should be you or this other girl, make sure you tell him that in very clear terms. If he's going to play games then its just not worth it.
