i have terrible bacne (acne on my back) and i don't know how to get rid of it because summer is coming and i can never wear tank tops or spaghetti straps due to the gross zits on my back...any cures or suggestions?

just exfoliate more, i had it bad when i was a teen and i know you don't want to be seen with it but about a week of atleast 15 min in the sun a day and mine would always start clearing up, gone in about 2-3 weeks compleetly. Also, you are probably breaking out either because its winter and your skin is dry so i use a moisturizer every day when i get out of the shower, just hand or body lotion. Or, if you have sensitive skin the dry cold weather plus your laundry soap OR body wash could be drying you out and giving you a reaction.

Okay so I know this is probably not the answer you were looking for BUT... There is no quick fix for back acne. You need to see a dermitologist and have them prescribe a medication called Accutane. Once you start the treatment it will probably take about 6 months to a year. During this time your skin will become extremely dry and you will have sporadic severe breakouts. Basically you will be squeezing the gland that makes you break out to the size it was when you were 7. The good news, however, is that you will NEVER have a zit again!

I suggest you go to spa to get a back facial. The esthetician will be able to see how severe your bacne is(or isn,t),and give you advice about how you should deal with it. A good product my clients love is Juvenil by Yonka. Good Luck

I had a friend who had the same problem. Her boyfriend would do the whole proactive thing on her back for her everyday. it cleared up. also wear you hair up when you excersice. Use a loofah to exfoliate the dead skin cells and shower with a body wash that contain salicylic acid.

Accutane should be a last resort if no other treatments are working. If you are on this medication you can have absolutely no waxing services or exfoliation. It pretty much stops the keratinization of your skin and severely dries it out. Be careful.

Dont feel bad its common for people to have. They make certain scrubs I know for your back you can use in the shower and I believe they also make cream for bacne

use neutragena body wash with the acne medicine in it. also try this soap called "black soap". both work. u should start using asap so ull get the results u want for the summer.

Clinique sells salylic acid body spray that pumps upside down so it's really easy to apply to your back. It seems to work for me with a twice a day application.

there's body wash for treating bacne, i think it's neutrogena body clear.
