he says that he likes you a lot, where are you suppose to go from there? He didn't seem freaked out by what i said and doesn't act weird around me, so I don't know what to think...

people look at love in many different ways love is suppose to be unconditional never ending bears all forgives all he just may not be at that point yet.have a serious talk with him and get it from his point of view.hope you find what you are looking for.

Being as sometimes males have a hard time expressing their emotions I would not look into this too deeply. Maybe it's a blessing that he does not say it off the bat because he really wants to make sure. Or on the other hand maybe he doesn't feel that way. If he doesn't seem weirded out by it just give him a bit of time.

Its prob a big step for him to say he loves you. You did the right thing to tell him what you did if you honestly love him. Most guys are going to wait for the girl to say it.
I hate it for you that your prob racking your mind trying to figure what he meant when he didn't say it back. But theres a million and one things that can keep a guy back from telling his girl he loves her and not one of them is that he doesn't like you. Maybe he got burned in the past when he told a girl he loved her, maybe he was over whelmed when you told him, maybe he was caught off guard, maybe he hadn't had time to really sit and think if he loves you and wants to make sure if he does or not.
Either way you can be sure he's thinking about what you said. I'm sure you'll find out sooner or later what's the hold up, but he knows your love him, and I'm sure that's making him feel great right now. so smile.

Call him up and go to a pizza place and talk about it. Do NOT talk in your bedroom. He may say he loves you because of the moment and you still won't know if it is genuine. If he is ready to tell you he loves you he will tell you in public. Remember it is harder for a guy to use the 4-letter word than a girl. (That word is l o v e.)

My ex-girlfriend told me she loved me a couple times before I told it back to her. It was just too soon, like a couple weeks into the relationship. I wasn't ready to say something like that so soon. If you've only been together for a little while, that's probably the case.

most men dont get freaked out when a chick says i love you. however most men cant say i love you either so if he is not to worried about it you shouldnt be either just go and see where the relationship takes you dont try to get to a certain point in it just go where it lets you and dont worry about the things that dosnt really need to be worried about if your truly and really worried them talk to him and be upfront with him not b/s him and tell him your concerns

he's just not ready to use the Love word, common, don't worry to much, and don't force him to say it. let him have his time to figure out his feelings, maybe he hasn't quite determined what love means to him and doesn't want to say it if he doesn't know what it is...that was my boys thing. but things worked out and we are happy as ever now
