Just as people do not need priests to forgive their sins, they do not need a third party to cast out any demons. If you pray, God will help you. God is stronger than any demon and one's person prayer is just as effective as another's since we are all sinners under grace.
btw I don't believe in demon possession. Jesus and his apostles effectively got rid of demons when they were alive.

How would I know if was under demonic possession? Wouldn't the demon prevent me from acting on it anyways?

The people that are demon possessed don't know they are...
No true Christian can be demon possessed as the Holy Spirit of God already resides within them.

some people think that they can control Evil... i am sorry to say those people have nooooo clue what they're getting into... Example: if you don't know who Lucifer is... he was one of God's greatest creations-"second in command" sort to speak ... He had the intelectual capability that no one remotely has now... he was an angel... yet evil took over him!!! and now he is the devil... if evil can do that to him... what more can he do to a normal person like you or me?
