whats the best movie editing program?

i record stuff and i like to add effects and add texts and music. but movie maker sux!

please anyone name me the program you would use.

I know how sux of that movie maker. I use Adobe Premiere pro 2. It takes a little bit time to learn, but it's not difficult. Adding text, music of effect are only the basic of this program. There are lots of powerful tool with this program.
