The UFC by FAR, pays more. No, it will not happen........Dana White does not feel Silva deserves a chance at Chuck. Silva has lost a lot of fights over the last few years, and their is way more fighters who do deserve the chance.........like: Rampage Jackson.

The UFC pays fighters more. While there are varying prizes for contract fights, tournaments and title holders, fighters in the UFC also get PPV bonuses - a percentage of the PPV buys. As the UFC out sells Pride almost 10 to 1 in PPV buys, UFC fighters, albeit the top fighters have a chance to earn more $. Shogun Rua won about $200,000 for winning the LHW tournament in 2005 as did CroCop for the OWGP last year. However, Crocop was paid $370,000 for his UFC debut. Liddell and Ortiz probably earned about $1 mil each for their last fight, depending on their PPV bonuses. So it varies, depending on how good the fighter is and if they are a headliner. The undercard guys in UFC are paid less than in Pride.
After this weekend, I don't think Wandi will get a shot at Chuck unless he comes over to the UFC, which is now possible that he no longer is the Pride Champion. He'll lose points coming off of two losses in a row, but a lot of people would still like to see them square off. I for one, don't believe Silva can beat Liddell, not after Dan Henderson handed him his *** on Saturday.

Actually no body is sure.
If I was give choice to sign with Pride or UFC, I would go with Pride because MMA and other martial arts sport are really big in Japan. Plus it's common knowledge that Japan fans are way better than American. Also if pride go down then other Japanese org will take me in.

No one knows for sure because most of PrideFC events are in Japan where they are not required to report fighter salaries, but according to the US events here are a list of a few recent fighter salaries:
UFC:
-Mirko Cro Cop: $350,000 flat fee (1st UFC fight; defeated Eddie Sanchez)
-Chuck Liddell: $250,000 (17th UFC fight; defeated Tito Ortiz)
-Quinton Jackson: $170,000 (1st UFC fight; defeated Marvin Eastman)
PrideFC:
-Wanderlei Silva: $150,000 (28th fight in Pride; lost to Dan Henderson in main event)
-Dan Henderson: $50,000 (18th fight in Pride; defeated Wanderlei Silva in main event)
-Mauricio "Shogun" Rua: $50,000 (13th fight in Pride; defeated Alistair Overeem)
As far a ever seeing Chuck vs Wanderlie it is highly unlikely it will ever happen. In a pre-fight interview Wandy said in his next fight (after Henderson) he wanted to fight Chuck but after 2 consecutive KO loses I doubt that the UFC is even still pursuing the fight. Wandy will not be allowed to fight until May 11th due to a medical suspension issued by the NSAC from due to injuries sustained in his KO loss (Henderson was also suspended as he broke his hand) and as soon as he is able to fight again he will likely pursue a rematch (he said a title fight or regular fight is ok with him and he is behind shogun if Pride decides to give him a title shot). As much as Id love to see Wandy vs Chuck Id much rather see Shogun vs Chuck because the winner of that fight is the true #1 LHW in the world.

i have heard pride, which is one of the reasons there are rumors of its decline and the ufc is allegedly actively trying to buy out fighters contracts and eventually pride itself.
