Cocoa Butter. It helps improve skin elasticity. It's best to use while you're pregnant though, there's not much you can do after you have a baby besides lasers. They'll also fade with time-from pink to white. Some really good lotions are the Body Shop's Cocoa Butter Lotion and Body Butter. Or the pure stuff if you can find it. Vitamin E is also really good. You can take it orally and also get the oil that you rub into your skin. Vitamin E is restorative to your skin.

Honestly, the only way I know to fade and possibly eliminate stretch marks is by a combo of laser treatment and topical solution or microdermabrasion and topical solution. For me, microderm worked the best. Basically, oxcide crystals are sprayed on the area and the marks are buffed out. It really helped with the ridges that I had from the bad ones.
The one thing you should remember is to treat them asap. The older they are, the harder they are to treat. Also, the pinker they are in color, the easier they are to treat. Once they have faded to white, siliver or skin colored, its quite a bit harder to fade them.
The websites below offer info and can connect you with someone in your area for a free consultation. It's the bestway to see if you're a candidate and what you can expect from treatments. The second site ranks providers based on the feedback they get from post-consultation surveys, so it's nice to use for comparison. Hope this helps!

Stretch marks are scars. They'll most likely stay there and will not disappear. However, you can reduce their appearance by moisturinzing your skin with shea and cocoa butter. This might help smooth out your skin as well as strengthen and repair the collagen in your skin.

Cocoa butter works the best. Apply it to your stretch marks daily. There is also a Palmers lotion for stretch maks that works well.

Cocoa butter lotion. It helped me out a lot and my stretch marks are almost invisible, but time will help that too. Any lotion with vitamins A and E in them are good.
My baby is almost 14 mos old now.

Depending on your skin complexion, be careful using mederma, my friends Dr. said it bleaches your skin, I don't know for sure. But I do know that they (depending on how red or brown they are) they will simply fade away with time. I got them with my first and they were red but they faded within 7 months completely and now they are the color of my skin. Just be sure to keep your skin moisturized with cocoa butter. You just have to wait a little while longer. I know it sucks, just be patient, they will fade away, good luck!!!
