I'm 1.61m high and weigh 65 kg,i'm only a teenager and i want to know how i can lose wieght as quickly as possible, i go bike riding some times, how ofeten should i do that for each week, and more info please, please help, i need it?

Increase cardio do it at least 5 times a week for 30-60 minutes and increase the intensity of your cardio training. Also you should include weight training and a healthy diet. Try to eat 5-6 times a day and include protein carbs and fat (no saturated or trans fats). Drink plenty of water. www.bodyforlife.com is a good site

This might help..
1. Dont forget to eat breakfast .. this is the important meal of the day.. skipping it doesnt mean your going to lose weight.
2. Drink luke warm water instead of cold water - at least 8 glass per day
3. Eat high in fiber food
4. Avoid eating salty foods
5. Exercise - 20 minutes brisk walking everyday is good
6. Feel good about yourself..

Seek a physician's help for that...Also try to regulate your food intake. Eat healthy food, don't eat too much - just right...
