You know what to do.Your 34.Wake up.Get with the program.You sound like an intelligent person and i can tell from what you say that you are tired of being tired,overweight and unhappy,so lets not think about yesterday.Lets concentrate on what you need to do from now on.I will give you what i ate and did to lose weight.TRY IT i think you will like the results.Here are your foods.Baked chicken(no coating,spices only) roast beef,lamb,steak eggs bacon sweet potatoes,celery,carrots,peppers spinach,onion,cucumber,lettuce,small baked potato with sour cream,any other vegetable...etc.Choose any low calorie salad dressing.Water,Tea, coffee,Diet drinks,cream one sugar ok.WHOLE GRAIN BREAD,one slice twice daily with butter (Not margarine).PLAIN cheesecake,small piece once a day. Make up your meals using any combination of the foods listed.The smaller the meal size the better.You have to start looking at food as fuel.In addition You need to walk at a fast pace for 1/2 hour without stopping every day..You may have to start with 15 minutes and work yourself up to the 1/2 hour.When you can do 1/2 hour on flat ground look for some hills.For the first week you might even notice a small weight gain.Don't worry,its just your body adjusting to your new activity level. Take a complete multivitamin every day.

I'm not an expert in this category, but try Hoodia!
It's a pill, all natural from Africa or something. And apparenttly it really works! It reduces your hunger, which, it seems you have a problem with (I'm not trying to offend you) and you lose weight.. presto!
Also try joining a gym and going there in your free time.
And OF COURSE, eat healthy. no more ice cream!

Biofuels <--- Made from stuff like animal crap and leaves. Produces less greenhouse gases than fossil fuels but also produces less energy. Renewable because there is a ready supply of them, particularly the former. Carbonaceous (or fossil) fuels <--- Made from the remains of prehistoric animals (oil and natural gas) and vegetation (coal). Produce a lot of CO2 and the like but are the main source of energy in the world today. Non-renewable because they take millions of years to form.

I weighed 171 in sep. 06 now I'm 151 feb 07 i'm 5'9 since sept all i ate was salads, fruits, yogurts, and salmon.and 35 min. cardio every day, and some daily workout too. Key word is 'DEDICATION"

I guess so. Try to lessen your intake of sweets... It makes you gain more weight...Well, I'm not fond of eating sweets and so I stay slim even if I love to eat...Try to resist it...You can do it!
