I have some buttermilk that expired a couple weeks ago, but it still looks and smells the same as before it expired. Is it still okay to use?

It will last a while after the exp. date as long as it's kept cold.

Buttermilk usually molds when it goes bad.

I think it will be fine.

To be safe, boil it before drinking. If it looks clunky when you pour it out, it's time to buy a new bottle.
