I prayed for understanding of scripture and received it.
For prayers to be answered, they have to be petitions that are in harmony with the will of god.
That is why some pray, and do not receive, because they pray with a selfish motive.

You could feel the answer of your prayers if you are faithful in your prayers to God. You yourself could see it and prove it but you could never have a testimony and if you want a testimony, read and understand the Old testament and the New testament of the bible. There it is, there it goes.

I lost my arm (amputated at the shoulder) several years ago in a car accident. After attending a revival featuring Benny Hinn, I prayed to God and my arm was magically restored (by the grace of Jesus, that is), with full functionality and feeling. I now have two arms again, and can swim, type, play the piano, everything I used to be able to do before the accident. Many people have tried to say that God doesn't exist or that prayer doesn't work, but I am living proof that it does.

I once hosted an event that none of my 'friends' showed up to. I live in a large city thousands of miles away from my family and everyone I grew up with. I stayed at the event anyway, and had an okay time. As I was leaving for the evening, a feeling of slight sadness and loneliness came over me. As I walked to my car I prayed and asked God to give me really good friends. It was at that point I realized I was walking by a gaming shop. I had been looking for a specific game and couldn't find it anywhere, so I went it to see if they had it. They did. I was also told that they host Saturday gaming events where people can come and play for free. A couple of months later, I decided I was tired of sitting at home alone and went to the gaming shop. There I was blessed with some of the best friends a person could have. One of them lead me to accept Christ as my personal savior; I started attending church and became a member of the church, where there really is a family atmosphere.
God didn't just provide me with good friends. He provided me with good friends, a family, and best of all, a path to finding my way out of darkness and into His light. God truly blessed me, and I pray the same blessings for everyone.

I was on my knees praying for my father who had a stroke.in a coma,I was praying as fervently as I have ever prayed in my life. He had a resuscitator to breath a lung infection.his doctor told mother their was no hope at all.St Francis hospital,. Greenville South Carolina, 14 years ago.
I heard a voice,GO RUB HIS FEET.I got off the floor, it had been five hours on the floor praying, it DID NOT seem like five minutes on the floor.? I went to the hospital, started rubbing his feet, the nurse came in, NO! don't rub his legs it might cause blood clots. I told her that GOD had told me to do this and I was is son so leave the room. and don't let anyone in here.I put down his foot, his leg came back up in the air, I looked and his eyes was open with the most tired eyes I have ever seen. he was out of the hospital in 3 days and lived well for 11 more years.he talked more and had a little memory problem but not bad really.I get tears in my eyes sometimes thinking about that.
The doctor told mother he heard about that from the nurse and he told her that this was a miracle.
I know the spirit of God well.as all of my people do.But i have never heard his voice so clear and strong as that night.
Praise God almighty.

My infant son was healed after being on a respirator for 6 weeks and though the Dr.s said he would not be able to learn and that he would not grow very well, today he is over six foot tall, very smart and He is a Pastor! There are so many more. Healings of family members and friends, lost children found alive and well, provision in finances and favor with man. God is truly Wonderful!

When my loving wife was expecting our first child people would come up to me and ask me what I would like to have. I told them all I wanted was a healthy child. But what I didn't tell them is that I prayed for a daughter. God answered my prayer and gave me a beautiful daughter.
Then there are a ton of times I lost something and I prayed to find it, and low and behold I would find it.
Everyday I ask for God to guide me in all that I do and He does.
I pray that God continues to Guide and Bless you

I was in an abusive relationship about 10 years ago,my ex boyfriend was drunk and angry, anyway, he said he was going to break my ankle by twisting my foot, as he reached for my foot I started praying out loud for God to stop him, my ex picked my foot up, took my sock off and that man kissed my foot, and left me alone. I still get chills when I think about it.
