So many people, young, old, Black, White, Asian, Interratial, whatever, enjoy Marijuana. Hell, it's damn near legal in a lot of States. Will anyone ever recognize this and finally legalize it?

Eventually it will the U.S. is in a transitional phase with Generation X taking on new spots in the work force and government. Just look at what the baby boomers have done with all the decrim and medical marijuana bills. The generation that came before world war 2 didn't really experiment with marijuana so they just believed what the government told them. We on the other hand, have experimented with many drugs and we know which ones are safe and which aren't. I believe as our generation gets into power we will see a lot of things change for the better.

I seriously doubt it . The government doesn't want to legalize it or any drugs because they are making to much money robbing and victimizing citizens in the name of the law .Its all political I recently found information suppressed by the government that research done by a medical institute found that THC in pot reduced greatly and in some cases completely destroyed tumors in laboratory rats . They refuse to see the positive medical properties of it ,or any drugs they can use to bust people and confiscate their property in the name of the law for .Its pretty pathetic that our constitution states people have a right to self medicate ,and govt. is arresting and jailing people with cancer or terminally ill, for using anything that reduces their suffering ,much less something as harmless as marijuana .I live in Iowa where hemp grows wild from the government having farmers grow it during the war for making rope .Now its all over the place .I know a guy who got busted for 500 pot plants that was just wild hemp ,its on every property bordering his. Now govt. is trying to take his farm for it . I can't believe they got people to grow it for them now are trying to take peoples land because its on their property .Its all about money and robbing our citizens for government profit

weather it will happen or not i can not say, however the uses of the plant are numerous ( and not just for drug purposes ) and if it were legalized it could be heavily taxed, and there for could make the government revenue, win win situation!
