Have you tried giving her water instead of sugary processed drinks like Koolaid and Gatorade? She may be getting a tummy ache from all the sugar. She may also be filling up on all the empty calories in the sugary drinks and then not be hungry for food.
I would suggest cutting out all the sugar drinks and giving her water to drink, offering healthy foods and if she is still not eating and has a stomach ache take her to see her doctor.

Koolaid and gatorade contains way to much sugar for a 3 year old. She needs water. She is becoming dehydrated from not getting enough water, but yet she isnt hungry because she is getting so much sugar through her liquids and her body thinks she is full. If you are going to give her those fluids make sure they are well diluted. That much sugar will put a lining on the stomach that can make a child very ill. She may also be going through a growth spurt which will make her very thirsty, and too tired to eat...i hope this helps with your problem. if not i would suggest taking her to a doctor

she sound like my sister....is she very tired?...my sister got juvinal diabetes at the age of 5....she could not move. more than once we found her asleep on the bathroom floor. the doctor tested her then told my parent to get her to Childrens Hospital ASAP...her blood sugar was almost 600...we almost lost her...please dont wait...the excessive thirst is a huge deal...i would have her checked right away...here are some facts for you to look over:
Symptoms of Type 1 Diabetes
Increased thirst
Increased urination
Increased hunger
Weight loss
Fatigue
Flu like symptoms
Confusion
Bedwetting - particularly if child was previously dry at night
Fruity breath odor
Explanation of juvenile diabetes symptoms
Increased urination: Since glucose cannot reach the cells, glucose levels rises in the blood. The kidneys respond by trying to filter out the extra sugar. Urine production increases. This is why you see a marked increase in urination as a classic sign of juvenile diabetes.
Increased thirst: As the body's urination increases the person becomes more thirsty.
Important: Parents often think a child is urinating more because their child is drinking more, when in actuality they are drinking more because they are urinating more.
Increased hunger: Children with diabetes often complain of being hungry. The reason for this is simple. Without glucose reaching the body cells, their body is not being fed.
Weight loss: People often associate weight gain with diabetes. In type 2 diabetes, an overweight person is at greater risk for diabetes. Type 1 (juvenile diabetes) is different. Children will often lose weight if they have untreated diabetes. Because the body is not getting the glucose it needs, rapid weigh loss may occur.
If your child has symptoms of diabetes
If your child has symptoms of juvenile diabetes, it is important to have your child screened. Unlike type 2 diabetes, juvenile diabetes has a fairly quick onset and can lead to serious and deadly consequences if left untreated.

Okay to be honest TAKE AWAY THE SWEET DRNKS try giving her something healthier and not full of sugar ya might want to try milk or even juices that are 100% juice and a glass of water has never killed a child. All that sugar is a filling her up b. is upsetting her little tummy. As far as the eating goes make her eat half her meal before she gets a drink. Not only is all that sugar bad for her body but it will rot her little teeth right out of her head. I am sorry f ya don't like what I said but I am a mom of 5 and I am just telling you how it is kids should not be getting lots of sweets be it via food or drink. It sounds as if she is not wanting to eat her meals because they are not sweet like her drinks. Taking her off the sugar is gonna be hard at this point but if you want a healthy daugter you are gonna have t at least cut way way way back onh her sweets. In all honesty you may want ot check out the links I have added. I hope you will take the time to look at them .

way too much sugar!!! Gatorade and koolaid contain 2-3 cups of sugar for ONE pitcher! she should only have 1 cup of these very sugary drinks and mostly water throughout the day... they may contain water, but mostly sugar which can decrease amount of water retained... hence her constant thirst. TAKE AWAY THE SUGAR! especially too much sugar can make any child (or adult for that matter) throw up and make you not want to eat. you may want to get her checked out for diabetes which is caused by the body reacting to sugar levels, if they are too high for too long, the body will start to reject it and cause low blood sugar and diabetes. get her to a doctor to test her out, and no more sugar! give her healthy veggie snacks and grains, meats and limited or low sugar snacks throughout the day. toddlers are picky eaters, but they will eat when they are hungry. if she won't take the water, don't give in and give her the sugar, or try sugar-free koolaid. gatorade is also a bad choice, try 100% juice and limit that to 1-2 cups a day. good luck and get her checked out and make sure she is ok!! (:

Sometimes suger drinks will make you drink even more, and if you are giving her lots of sugar drinks it could have caused her to get sick, but highly unlikely. She either has a stomach virus or something else going on. If she continues to vomit take her to the hospital.
If she is not vomiting anymore schedule her for a checkup and ask tell them what has happened. The doctor will be able to help you figure it out.
But before you take her to the doctor try cutting back on the amount of sugar drinks and if that makes a different. If she says she is thirsty just offer her water. The amount she is drinking could also be affecting her appitite.

i would talk to her doctor. But maybe instead of koolaid and gatorade, try giving her water. She may be dehydrated and the sugar is too much for her stomach to handle especially in doses like that. But id still go to the doctor.
Good luck & i hope she is ok

My first thought is diabetes. I think you need to take her to see her pediatrician as soon as possible. Like others have said you just never know what it could be. This could be something as simple as a stomach virus.
Kids will have spirts where they don't eat much, but then all the sudden they will start eating constantly.
The constant thrist and the vomiting are what is the cause for concern.

She is a Type I Diabetic who needs medical attention ASAP. All her symptoms are classic Diabetic for a child. She needs to see a pediatrician tomorrow. It is bad if she is having the nausea and stomach ache. Make that appointment. Good luck. Keep a close eye on her until she can be seen.
