Someone else said it - you have hives. They are an allergic reaction to something. If you have them on your lips or inside you mouth, you are at risk of having your airway become blocked. Go to the ER if you begin to experience any strange internal sensations in you throat or chest, or if respiratory irritation develops. Otherwise, hives go a way after a while. If you have benedryl, that is one of\the better medications for hives, but any antihistamine will provide some relief. If they keep occurring, you might consider going to an allergist to see what is causing the problem.

Youve got to go to a doc. If you have a fever, you could even consider going to the emergency department. They could be caused from anything. Thousands of things cause itchy red bumps everywhere. Go to a doctor.
