Ok ive known him for 4 years and i really like him and he likes me i know it and do you think i should ask him out?
i know everything about him we know each other as if we were brother and sister lol but were not (Thank God lol) But i want to so badly but do you think i should ask him out???

You know, you should just go ahead and ask the question. If you really like him and he really likes you, then you should proceed to the next step, and ask him out. If you wait around too long, he might think you just like him as a friend and he might ask someone else, and you will be sorry. I think if he really likes you he would say "yes". He maybe shy and he is waiting for you to ask him out. I have the same problem, the only thing is I can ask him out because I am already married. LOL Just do it girl, nothing to lost, but gain something. If he says "no" then you know what to do, not to get yourself too workout about asking him out anymore, atleast you will know if he is already taken or has no interest in you, so please do it already. I was always the opposite. If I like someone and I am single, I would ask him out casually. You will be fine.

This is tough, so much depends on his personality, which I'm in the dark about.
Has he ever given you a bear or something like it that you could write a note, as the bear, and let him know you would like to go to the movies et al?
