there is this co worker-he is 25 and i am 19 and he is engaged, but he flirts with me a lot,he always wants to know how old i am after i have told him, i came with a ripp sweater to work one day and he said"you wanna show off your nice tan? and every time we are sitting in a table for break, out of all the girls in the table, he always teases me in a joking way , he practically ignores the others and he also wanted to know my college schedule b/c we attend the same college and he said "so i know when to hide, when are you at school?" but he said it in like a joking way, and he got concerned for me when i told him i wanted to drop out of school.he always says hi and bye to me, i believe he knows i think he's cute,

He's obviously flirting with you when he clearly shouldn't be. Next time he starts to flirt remind him he is engaged, if he doesn't get the hint you could tell his fiance or avoid him all together. He could start out innocent enough, but you never know how far he may be willing to go.

This is tough. I mean, it seems pretty clear that he's interested in you. Which makes it your job to drill it into his head that he's engaged. If you and his significant other switched places, think about what you'd want her to do.
This is complicated by the fact that you think he's cute. And he seems to be a nice, funny guy. But if he's willing to flirt fairly shamelessly (if that's what he's doing) with a co-worker while he's engaged, how could you possibly trust him if you both became romantically involved? You couldn't.
Try to not see him so often. If that doesn't work, just flat out tell him you think that it's inappropriate for you guys to be anything but co-workers given his current situation. Just make sure you don't sink any deeper, because the feelings of 3 people are at stake here.

He's engaged why the **** are u disrespecting yourself, him and his soon to be wife. If he wanted u he would be with u. Simple as that. He may think that u r cute but most likely it's only based on sexual attraction. He is probably flirting with you just to boost his ego. It's a waste of your time and only going to lead to u looking foolish if u think to much of it.

first of all that sickens me cause he might jus want 2 get laid by u
2nd he might jus make small talk an i bet if hes jus tryin to get laid in a year or so he will say that he is not engaged anymore so he can take u out to dinner an try to impres u so then he might do that so be careful cause i seen that happen b4 that sickens me

He thinks he is a player and he is trying to get in your pants. That is all he wants. Ask him to intro the Fiance and tell her you are a friend and see how goes that. if he does then maybe I'm wrong

It sounds like he wants to sleep with you. If I put that much effort into a girl no offense there's only one motive especially if he's engaged. Don't trust him he'll use you and go back to his relationship also he probably likes you a lot b/c your young. I notice older guys like younger girls IDK why, because I think that's messed up.

It sounds to me like he is looking to have you on the side and still have his fiance'. You need to make it very clear to him that you have no interest in getting involved with someone who is already in a relationship.

he wants to feel wanted by someone else b/c he's engaged, and b/c ur pretty, he wants to reassure to himself that he still "has it" before he makes this committment.
He could also be looking for a "last hurrah" with you before he ties the knot.
