I need to lose weight for next wednsday.. I weight 125 pounds and need to lose 15 pounds.. This is urgent because is for a competition.. I've been eating fruit at breakfust and dinner and at lunch I eat tuna or cheese.. The first 3 days I started exercising 3 hours a day but now I don't have the time and have stopped losing weight.

What can I do to lose the weight? Any tips will be appreciated..

When the competition is over, I'll go to the nutritionist

You are trying to lose weight way too fast. 15 lbs is way to much to be losing in that time frame. What is the competition for? I'd recommend not doing this. The fruit at breakfast is great, but only having a little bit of cheese or tuna for lunch and supper is highly unhealthy. Also, if you haven't exercised much before this and you started right off doing it 3 hours a day, that is really bad for you and your body. I'd take it slower. There's nothing wrong with wanting to lose a few pounds here and there, but you need to take this a lot slower. Plus, eating so little is a good way to lead to an eating disorder.

You want to lose 15 by next Wednesday? You should have thought of that two months ago.

You can drop some by cutting carbs down to about 10 per meal, no more than 30 in a day. And get up and exercise. Jog, walk, run, something to get the cardio up.

I don't think your going to lise 15 lbs in one week. you can do all the cardio you want and drink water nonstop but you will just lose initial weight and water weight, will most llikely not be enough

got nuts with nuts eating a handful of nuts will help you stay full try soaking them in water for a different texture

fast food is salty food if you cut back on the salt in a few weeks youll be able to better taste the natural salts in food and may not crave the junk as much as you used to

not only will you get in some exercise you re less likely to choose something unhealthy after a little movement
