I have been experiencing really thin stools (pencil thin , pellets) after a week of feeling pain in my tailbone area. It feels like something is obstructing my bowel movements as it reaches my rectum.

I have found blood marks after i wipe and I'm starting to wonder if I'm a 8% statistic of getting Colon Cancer below the age of 30.

Any informative feedback will be great.

I wish I could give you an answer.
Speak with a doctor and check out that book.
"YOU" something like that. It has a lot of good information about colon health etc.
You do not state whether you are male or female.

Please see a doctor about getting a referal to get a colonoscopy, ASAP. I am going to see a specialist this week about getting a colonoscopy. I am almost 38, and have been getting a lot of constipation, bloody diarea, mucus in my stools, and bleeding a lot from my bowel. If it is bowel cancer I will deal with it. A doctor told me t5he other day a 20 year old got diagnosed with bowel cancer. It can happen at any age, cancer does not disriminate. Do not listen to people that say you are too young for it, that is rubbish. A lot more younger people are getting bowel cancer now that ever before. Here in Australia 10,000 patients are diagnosed with the disease each year.
