There's this girl I really like, I think about her all the time, and we've talked a bit. We're kinda friends. How do we get to the movie theatre if we don't have driving liscenses? I don't want no 'chaperone'.

You should get to know her mom first. Like be a nice, religious polite, well mannered boy, if the mom sees that you are a responsible and trustworthy guy then she would have to let her daughter date you!

Act as nice as possible if the mom is there!! I've done the movie thing before and here's what u do.. ask ur parent or girl's parent to drive u there and DROP U OFF, then when the movie is over, call and ask for a pick up.
