Right now, the Army is currently accepting the most OCS candidates. at one point, 100% of qualified applicants were receiving offers to Commission.
The Navy and Air Force are mainly looking for 3.5 or better GPAs in Hard science degrees like Engineering and Computers.

This is a very good question, but it maily depends on what your particular interests are.
As far as the service academies, Air Force and Coast Guard are the easiest to gain admission to while West Point and the Naval Academy are a little more rigorous in selection.
For ROTC selective purposes, Army ROTC is the easiest. Right now, we need more Army officers than any other branch (I would personally say Go Navy!). Army ROTC takes about a 950 on the SAT to be considered for a scholarship to a university you've been accepted to. Next would be Marine Corps ROTC (about 1000 SAT is required), then Navy (about 1200), then Air Force (1250).
For all intents and purposes, the easiest branch to get selected as an officer to is the army because of the lower SAT standards. In contrast, The U.S. Military Academy at West Point only admits about 14% of the applicants each year.
If you want to have a good chance of being an officer, apply for an Army ROTC scholarship out of high school, or if you have better grades and SAT scores, go for one of the academies or other ROTC options.

First of all, just to make a point, there are many enlisted personnel that have bachelors or masters, so that in itself does not make a difference. As far as the easiest, I would go with the Army, since is the largest branch. Just as long you are not 29 years old and you have no class A misdemeanors, you will be OK.

Well since you already have a BA I would say the Army. You can get commission into the Army as an officer but you would still have to go to officer's course before you make that rank. I would say you would get in as a 2Lt( us enlisted call it the butter bar rank). The best thing to do is go to a recruiter and tell them you're interested in becoming an officer in the Army. They will guide you from then on! Good Luck!!!

Coast Guard- shortest boot camp/ training. They only hire brains. Always looking for good men/women. Easy to transfer as an officer from this branch into another branch of the military.

In most cases, a college education is the difference between being "enlisted" and being "an officer", not so much the branch.
