Velveeta shells and cheese. Very cheesy and good. Not fake cheesy at all. Has a more homemade taste and look to it.

Annies http://www.annies.com/ It's the only one we eat--no artifical flavors, and a lot less salt than Kraft. The cheese is very natural tasting--just like you grated it yourself. Plus, my 8 year old loves the cool shapes it comes in--they even have a bunny shaped pasta--very cute.

Trader Joe's has three (or more) different boxed varities: Wisconsin Cheddar, Traditional and Original White Cheddar. Annie's also has really good stuff. Annie's is available in the natural foods section of your grocery store or at gourmet/health-food stores.
It's also pretty easy to make from scratch.

If I do not want the powdered cheese, I buy the Velveeta mac and cheese. It is more expensive, but at least the cheese is already made into a soft texture.
