Okay first thing if its a date No kissing except on the cheek unless she gives you signs that she'd rather make out and you'll know when you kiss her on the cheek. Second if you gotta girlfriend or just became gf/bf then all you do rather sitting or standing or laying it's a leaning thing you just lean in and kiss her on the lips if she kisses back then that's a sign to just keep kissing.

I would disagree with immediately using tongue. It can be kinda shocking if used too soon. If you are kissing your girl, find a very comfortable place, like a couch in front of a fireplace, and kiss her. Then you can go in for it again, but this time run your hand down her arm and don't end the kiss. It will go from there. :)

make sure shes in a kinky mood, dont do it on a day thats like evvvvery other. she wont expect it and it'll be kinda weird to her. go on a date or something and plant one
