Both it just depends what state you are in. They all vary. Some have one or the other and some carry both.

As a rule of thumb, draft beer is sold in 16floz pints which is 4floz short of a British pint. Bottles are sold in 12floz sizes.

You can also get 20oz, 22oz, etc draft beers, as well as (standard) 60oz pitchers.

Some bottles/cans go up to 40floz.

Both. And 750ml and half gallon and, sometimes, gallons. Beer is bottle or pint glass. You rarely see a barrage of glass sizes.
