I already warm up and stretch out before I run, but after sometime in my jog my ankles or atleast one stiffens up and that always makes my run short where I can't run anymore due to it. Any tips that can help me.

You need to stretch the muscles not used in a run.
Also check your shoes. Some of the newer shoes have an arch that lifts your feet. This caused my feet to hurt. After switching to the right pair of shoes, I felt great.

Don't con't to run if it hurts because you need pull a muscle.

Ice after running and use a heat pad if neccesary befor.
