It's a regular phone number just the person you're calling wants to see who's calling so you have to unblock your number.

if u dial *82 before the rest of the number it shows your name and number if it would normally be blocked

Mine when I call my girlfriend, She won't answer the phone if the number comes up unknown or blocked, when her phone rings.

Unblocks numbers you have blocked on your phone. *67 blocks them.
