Ok, try just going up to this guy and saying hi, try to find something that you guys have in common to talk about. If that is to weird because you can't think of anything that you have in common then try to ask him a question during one of your classes. There was a guy that I liked in one of my classes that sat next to me and all I did was ask for a piece of paper once and now I talk to him a whole lot more. If that doesn't work then maybe he's just not the guy for you. Good Luck and remember just have fun with it!

Find a coincidence to talk to him... like ask him something ... and ask him a couple of questions slowly.. mayb 2 a day of something you are not supposed to be sure about... Or ask him to teach you something and if he's nice then he'll stop and teach you... he'll start tutering you and you can become friends.. do this slowly... things come with time.. then start flirting just a bit.. and maybe you can pick it up a notch
