Ok ive known him for 4 years and i really like him and he likes me i know it and do you think i should ask him out?
i know everything about him we know each other as if we were brother and sister lol but were not (Thank God lol) But i want to so badly but do you think i should ask him out???

I think you should ask the guy out. He probably wants to ask you but he probably doesnt want to ruin his friendship with you. but I think if u really like him u should take the risk and ask him out.

Tell him what you'd like to do.
Don't put him in a position of saying "Yes" or "No" until he has some good information about your feelings.
But -- hell yes! Communicate!!!
