Jackson Hewitt RAL Lawsuit contact information?

Well I got a form/mini postcard in the mail for the lawsuit and I lost the papers.I was getting money:) and now lost the papers:(
How can i get another one?

Jeez It was for RAL and I had a horrible time wit this chick there with her thoughts and he assumptions I paid them 180 to do my taxes and my RAL which I did not recieve in due time.Does anyone have a form or CONTACT information or do I need to call the irs.????

Which lawsuit? Hewitt is being hit with a number of them in several states. For RAL's, excees fees, ripoffs of poor taxpayers, and overtime suits from employees.
