I am in the military and I am really big into weight training. What works for me are pyramid sets. For example, bench pressing, start with a weight that you cn press at least 15 times, no problem. Now, add 50 lbs and do a set of 6. Add 10 more and do 6, and so on-Before you know it, not only do you start with a higher weight to warm up, but you can feel the weights getting easier, and you are getting higher in weights before you start to get tired. Oh i forgot to mention, by the time you reach the 4-6 set you will not beable to do 6-jst do what you can, but continue until you get to a weight where you can only do one. With this routine, in one week i can gurantee your max will go up at least 25 lbs initially, and you will see a physical differece. You notice also that you are working on your max cause of the high weights towards the end of the exercise, and you are working on your stamina and endurance bacuse you end up doing around 10 sets. Now imagine, if at the end of your workout, you are able to press 250lbs-can you imagine your max if all you did was warm up and have done 10 set in between? I do not use supplements, all natural, so if you use a supplement, the results will be a lot more. Use this routine for eveyexercise you do in the gym-keeping in mind you know your body and only you know how much and how often to work a certain body part. Wish you the best of luck during the season

strick dieat and excerise is the only way. Getting ripped as you say wont make you stronger, you just need to get toned.

Protein! Healthy eating habit. Increase your weight training intensity. You want to get bigger, so increase your intensity so your reps are less, but much harder. Lift to failure.
