If the person you love also loves you, they want only you to fulfill their needs. Finding someone else is not the answer. If you are physically unable to satisfy him/her I'm sure they will understand and love you more for worrying about them.

I dont believe in an owning kind of love, but i wouldn't call that love either. love to me is with or without sex. if something were to happen to the guy i was in love with and we couldn't have sex, i would still love and want to be with him. in a relationship i wouldn't actually be jealous of a guy sleeping with another girl, (except i'd wonder where he gets the energy lol) but i'd be jealous of them having a relationship.
