I play basketball and soccer, and for over an hour everyday. I was a little chunky once, but after playing constantly, (not meaning to brag) i am a lot stronger and am one of the strongest kids in my school, and i don't work out with weights.

Any sport for an hour a day will do you good but basketball and soccer are great cardio. Add calisthenics or weight lifting on odd days and your workout routine will be complete.

Tomatoes are awesome! Try this: chop it up along with cucumber, green pepper and avocado. Toss with a bit of olive oil and a pinch of salt and pepper.

Another favorite of mine is to grab some crusty bread, add lots of chopped garlic on top, then cover with lots of sliced tomatoes. A sprinkling of oregano or thyme works well on this... or even crushed rosemary. A tiny bit of shredded or grated cheese is a nice touch too. Put that under the broiler or in the toaster oven until the tomatoes are bubbly/juicy.

Much luck =)

Yes! Anything cardio can help you to lose fat/weight. An hour per day is a lot more than most people do. It all depends on your intensity though. If you stand around shooting hoops, it won't do much! Make sure you are really active while you are participating in those activities. Both of those are very intense if you want them to be. Also don't forget that weight training and a healthy diet need to be included as well. Weight training builds your muscles and more muscles burn more calories while and while you arent working out. Eating right, and often also will increase your metabolism and muscle growth. 5-6 portioned meals per day! Also, WATER, WATER, WATER!

you don't have to work out for an hour a day....20 minutes a day is more than enough....and it's not just the exercise it's eating the right foods...and the right amount of food...go to RealAge.com it has tons of info there but it's definitly a 50-50 relationship between working out and eating right ask any karate instructor or weight fitness instructor...playing basketball and soccor are fabulous for toning the body in various areas but you need to make sure you eat right and warm up first...protein shakes and protein snacks and supplements are also a good idea because no matter how well you think you are eating you are never getting everything you need..http://herbal-nutrition.net/tastesgood ...good luck

not work out, but get at least an hour of physical activity a day, this could be cleaning the house, walking the dog, washing the car. If you are going to do these things, which are really easy, try to put some vigor into them and do it for at least 30 minutes to an hour straight. I lost 98 pounds by sticking to a low calorie diet and walking my dog an hour a day.
