use aveno or some sort of oil in bath water. on your face, clearasil makes a great wash, then use a moisturizer on your face and lotion...you can also use vaseline on feet and hands if that's a problem . gloves/socks will prevent it from making a mess....welcome to this world, had it most of my life......

Me too. Dry skin sucks. First off, it's a good idea to drink a lot of water. If you're dehydrated your skin will be too. It's also good to avoid washing your face with hot water or anything too harsh. Sometimes soaps made for acne are so astringent they just aggravate the problem.

I love Cetaphil cleansers and moisturizers for my face because they're really gentle and not so greasy. They're pretty cheap, and most drug stores carry generic brands too. I'm also a big fan of Aveeno products. They're a little more expensive, but most of them have quite a high SPF, so that's a plus. When you're shopping for lotion, be sure to find one that says "non-comedogenic." A lotion that says that is specially made not to clog pores, so it won't make your acne worse.

You might talk to your doctor about the whole dry skin thing because your medicine dosage might be a little more than what you really need.

This may sound wierd but try coco butter. When my sis was pregant she was worried about getting strech marks and i tried it for the dry skin on my face and it worked.

Try oil free lotion, I know Lorell sells a few brands. Also a few acne lines sell it as well.

I use Johnson and Johnson's Baby Oil GEL... note I said GEL, not the oil itself. Unless you really wanted to use that, though its really messy. The gel is a little easier to deal with and is REALLY moisturizing.
