i jog everyday,
i do push ups everyday,
i do sit ups every day
and i take protein, Creatine and carbs i also drink lots of water.
Is this ok ?

what exactly are your goals?

If you're goal is to build muscle...I"m afraid that's not going to cut it. You need to lift weights. Creatine will do nothing for you unless you take in a sufficient amount of calories.

Too much exercise look like Nicoel Richie. Unless you can hold your ands up above your hair and see your ribs your fine.
