There is some research that says the ginseng can improve liver function, but certainly not cure the disease. There is no cure. Liver Hydrolysate/Desiccated Liver has also showed some success in protecting the liver from further damage.

There is no cure for Hepatitis B or the other types, but you could check with your doctor, about treatments that are available.

That would be great but no. It needs to be treated with antivirals, it is a very serious infection.
