they are 100% safe and natural if you don't have kidney problems
I believe what you're thinking about are steroids :)

Keep in mind that whey protein is only a 'supplement'...you should be taking in most of your nutritional intake from whole foods. You say that your normal nutrition isn't helping..maybe cause you're not eating enough.

Protein is the building block of muscles...so they will help your muscles repair and grow. But the important thing to remember that in order to get big..you need to eat big..not just take loads of protein. Find out what your daily intake requirement is..and add 500 cals to it.

Its nice for an 18 twelve months old boy to have protein shakes. Its actully ok for anone fairly over the age of five, as evrybody choose s protein, that's in simple terms yet another form of it. yet undergo in strategies that he mite be getting adequate protein already, because of the fact the physique can in basic terms digest and get the food out of specific quantities of nutrition. consequently the protein shakes could actually grow to be a waste of money because of the fact the protein isn't digested. And this is undesirable to have too plenty (like with the different of the food). you in basic terms choose the protein shakes in case you have a loss of protein on your weight-help plan, or in case you're already ''buff'', because of the fact then you opt for extra to help the already modern muscle. ITS MY guess THAT HE DOESNT choose THEM, :) (i became into no longer shouting in simple terms making my element sparkling)

Yes protein shakes are safe and you should take extra protein if you are doing a lot of physical training. I really like the ones made by "Trim Advantage". You can get them online at www.jewel.mychoices.biz

they are perfectly safe. the body does not differentiate between amino acids derived from protein shakes or whole foods. most supplemental proteins are derived from whey which comes from milk. they are not "artificial" proteins as many people believe
