Not plastic *surgery*, exactly, but definitely other cosmetic treatments like photofacial. This usually requires a series of treatments, and over time you'd see your overall skin tone improve. I'm including a link to some Rosacea treatment info below.

No it is not for rosacea but many people have good luck with laser therapy and other treatments at a clinic that specializes in skin care and has a dermatologist on staff.
