what context?
if he brought it up out of nowhere he is already cheating.
If you asked him and he said he never will he might.
If he told one of his friends and his friend told you that he said that it means he NEVER will cheat on you.

it depends on the person. if he's a cheater at heart, it meant that he'll try. if you're worried about it, and he's not the cheating kind, then it means that he is calming you down, and he absolutely will not. if he's known to be a cheater, and he sets his jaw when he says it, he'll never cheat on you ever. if he's known to cheat, and he says it softly, he's probably trying to persuade you to believe him, and he'll try, but no garuntees. In the end, though, you have to read him yourself. If you listen with your logic, and not your emotion, you will hear wether this comes from his honest, committed heart, or his devious mind.

No it means that he won't cheat on you, how could he cheat on someone he is not married too. He has no real ties to you so really what kind of rights do you think you have on him. Dating is wack, Get married.

it depend's on the guy and his perosnality and also the way he is treated can some times have an effect or if he feel's their is no more spark or he feel's used or unless you cheated on him but otheir than that stuff told it can mean nothing i guess it's all depend's on the guy

That means that he is claiming that he wont ever cheat on you. But that doesnt necessarily mean that he wont.

It either means, he generally won't! He will and is telling you otherwise... or he doesn't think he will - but might.
