Electrical current is "flow" of electricity, and is measured in amps.

a watt is a volt-amp

so, 100 volt-amps/6 volts = 16.7 amps

the 12 volt system could deliver half that many amps

The "combined" current is probably a misleading question depending on what sort of circut is used to "combine" the currents that are driven by different voltages.
