It is truely disgusting, but supposedly you can drink your urine once. After the fluid pashes through your system the second time, it is highly toxic, since the body uses water to filter impurities ou of the blood stream through the kidneys.

Urine is sterile so I do not think it will hurt you unless you have specific medical conditions and this is if you can keep it down.
Also only sterile if you do not have a urinary track infection.

It won't hurt you. It's gross, but it's not dangerous.
Eating poop, on the other hand, can make you sick.
