It sounds to me like an allergic reaction to something you're using on your face... soap or lotion or something. Stop using what you're currently cleansing with, and get something formulated for sensitive skin. To make the bumps go away, you can take Benadryl, and use hydrocortisone cream on your face. Both of these are available over the counter at any drug store.

Okay I have the same thing I think..Those little red bumps when
did you start getting them..cause I've had them forever. They
don't go away from what I've heard and scrubbing hard may
irritate it more. I don't know how to get ride of them, but to make
them not as bad keep your skin clean, don't use anything too
harsh, use a good lotion, and once a week er every once in
awhile use a salt sugar er rice scrub. That helps mine out so
they aren't so bad. You may have also just irritated the skin so it may go away though.

Its probably due to a lack of vitamins in your body. Vitamins that are good for your skin are vitamins A, E, K, and Zinc. be careful scrubbing your skin too hard. You can irritate it and make the bumps worse.

uhh yes you probably did. It sounds like your face got really mad at you. Also you need to use products (soap, medicine, moisturizer) that are made for sensitive skin. be really gentle. If it doesn't clear up then maybe you should see a dermatologist.

Yes you scrubed too hard!
Skin is the protective layer (amour) to avoid germs, bacterias, etc entering your body.
Scrubbing too hard will damage the "amour"...
Take it easy girl!
