Mangoes are rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants.
They are high in fiber but low in calories and sodium.
They are also rich in vitamin A and have good amounts of vitamins B and C as well as Potassium, Calcium and Iron.
Now as for pineapples, They help your digestion process and are an anti-inflammatory. Plus they both taste freaking amazing.

well they r healthy but if that is all ur going to eat than u will lose weight if that is what u r asking
