thers this girl in my class were like completely different wen it comes to labels y'know im like an "emo skater" and shes mor of a prep but not really preppy. um and she probly knows my name but im REALY shy so how would i ever be able to go out with her? like make her like me?

first get her attention, start talking to her. you have to make friends with her first and then it will slowly start from there. You can't just ask someone that's completely different from you out on a date. You have to get to know them first.

Well first you can't "make'someone like you but why are you putting yourself so far apart from her like she may like "emo skaters" and the only way you'll ever know is to ask her out and if she says no then she says no and life goes on. Somes thinking of doing is worse than actually doing. The way life works is if you want something then you have to go after it -nothing is going to come and fall in your lap-the effort has to come from you. The girls is there NOW if you wait thinking of "labels" and differences and being shy the NOW will pass into Was,like yesterday and even though there will always be girls around never again HER and something Wonderful never gets to be even if it isn't a Life changing Wonderful anything pleasant like a fun date or brief friendship is something in the experiences of life and even a No is a life Experience. Go for it (If you allow self doubt to defeat you and you never act then be prepared for a lot of Nothing).

Aww I'm preppy and I love emo/skater/punk/ guys. Although a lot of them think I won't like them because I dress different than them, when really I hate preppy guys and I will only go for skater guys! You seem really cute from your pic so I don't think you should have any problems getting her to go out with you. You need to work up the courage, and if you really want her you will! It doesn't take a lot for girls to like you. Looks are kinda important...but it's not everything...and I personally like it when a guy is tough on the outside but soft of the inside, like they act tough but when you really get to know them they're sweet! It shows that they're sweet and nice without seeming...gay lol. So maybe show her some of your soft side! Ask for her number or email, keep it simple at first...and when you're ready ask her out!

well i'm 14 and a total prep ( plus i think emo skaters are hot) i would say you should just like start talking to her and get to know her. if it makes you more comfortable talk to her online. then like yea lol

sure a lot of girls like bad punk boys... she will more likely just want to sleep with you rather than date and be seen in public with you. but it really all depends on her feelings towards skater boy and punk emo type... find out what she thinks of those types of boys and go from there.

you just have to be able to talk to her first ask her about her friends family what shes interested in what she does as hobbies... than slowly start inviting her to hang out with you and your friends lets say your friends are planning on going to the movies or somthin tell her if she would like to come along... when you talk to her more the nervesness will go away and you will be able to ask her out when you ready....good luck kid!
