he is into you, but i'm not sure in what way. to date or to have a fling with. a valentine can be someone you just start to date, or are not that serious with. it's not like 'i love you' it's just that he fancies you but that can lead to something good, right? :) good luck hon

He's just flirting, horney, and Valentines day is just bringing it out. Don't get me wrong, it could, in time, lead to a relationship, but right now, he wants your body.
