hi, I reformatted my computer. I used to have Dell Media Experience on my computer (like Cineplayer or PowerDVD) and I don't have that anymore... I've also lost the ability to play DVDs... what do I do?

Look for the CDs that came with the Dell. If you no longer have them, you may still be able to purchase replacements form Dell.

Another alternative is to purchase a retail DVD playback program, such as PowerDVD or WinDVD.

Go to the Dell Website, click support. Type your numbers from your computer and it will point you to the downloads. YOu need DVD software.

Just find the software and reinstall it. That is the only way.
