I dont think it speciffically says we should weep but many great men of the Bible. King David, I think Jerimiah, Jesus they all wept so I see nothing wron with it.

Both men and women weep in the Bible.It is not prohibited.

Jesus wept. It is not a sign of weakness for a man to show emotion even though some cultures teach that it is.

Througout the Bible many men cried including Jesus. Its not something I usually do but hey, if that is how some people want to express their emotions so be it.
