Even the most horrible and evil person, even Satan himself, would be need to be imbued with some Essence of God, like a lynch pin that grants existence. And if everything has some hint of God in it, everything has some aspect of his goodness, grace, and law; correct?
That said, if God's crowning glory is the human soul, then why must we follow the Bible instead of reflect upon our inner experience (mind or soul) as that would undoubtedly house some "map" to salvation via the grace God imbued in each and every one of us. To have an external map (the Bible) handed to you and instructed upon it by an external source, you open yourself up to the fallibility of others (their biases, greed, power lust, "telephone game" effect, etc.)which seems wildly counter intuitive. Instead of looking deep within yourself to find God (which is where everyone always finds him anyway),people think you need a proxy from a clergy or book, both controlled by Men (agents of free will mind you) for 2000 years.

I am a Buddhist, I am just trying to understand the rationality that gives the Bible validity today.

congratulations on coming to understand a much higher level of the nature of existance.
now for filling in the parts your concerned with...
1) massive amounts of people do not understand God like that. they see him as basically a super-human with magic powers. I know, it seems strange, but thats really how most people see it.
2) most people think that creation is entirely detached from God, yes, I know, it seems obvious that this isn't so. but... well, I don't know what to tell you.
3) the purpose of this intermediate part... they are not all ready to fathom the world that you are coming to understand. for now, they need the separation, like how a first grader is not capable of understanding graduate level calculus... many people are not ready to understand this higher level. they simply do not have the foundational understanding and perceptive scope.
and to those who I am referring to... I apologize if that last part seems arrogant, its not intended as such.

God is a trinity, and that trinity attribute is reflected in all of the universe. God is Father, Son, Holy Spirit. Space is length, width, height. Matter is energy, motion, phenomena. Time is future, present, past. Man is inner nature, person, personality.
You say follow your soul, but undoubtedly we know that some men following this course, have found a map not to salvation, but to damnation. What you find in a painting, or a work of art, is a reflection, a cloudy image, of the creator, not the creator himself. To follow after your own soul, is not to follow the creator, but follow after the creation. Many have erred in following after the creation rather than the creator. Many have followed after the stars, and said their is a map to destiny there. Many have worshipped the elements of fire, air, water, and earth. Now why follow after the human soul when historically, all manner of evil has found a home there? In seeking salvation through the map of your soul, you are open to your own fallibility.
If Christ's words are contained in the Bible, how is that any less correct than obtaining the words of Buddha from any external written or oral source? Are there not Buddhist ministers also? Is is not true that even Buddhist ministers do not all agree? Could it be that error has crept into those areas of disagreement?
Christianity says look deep into yourself and be honest about the condition you find there. If you find your inner person wanting, and give permission, then God is able to come and make a home in your heart. Your source is not then your own unknown soul, but God who we know is true, and God who we know is love, and God who we know is power, changing that unknown soul into a soul of light. Your salvation then comes, not just from a book, nor just from men, but from your relationship with God, to whom we learn to call Father.

in view that all created issues had a beginning, there became a time whilst God became on my own. infinite a protracted time in the past, even however, God grew to become a writer. Who became his first creation? The final e book of the Bible identifies Jesus as “the start of the creation by potential of God.” (Revelation 3:14) Jesus is “the firstborn of all creation.” it fairly is so “because of the fact by potential of potential of him all different issues have been created interior the heavens and upon the earth, the flaws seen and the flaws invisible.” (Colossians a million:15, sixteen) sure, Jesus became the only one quickly created by potential of God himself. consequently, he's named God’s “purely-begotten Son.” (John 3:sixteen) The firstborn Son additionally bears the identify “the interest.” (John a million:14) Why? because of the fact until now being born as a human, he served in heaven as one that spoke for God.

I believe you have a really good start, but, without accepting Jesus Christ as your personal savior-you are just blowing smoke.
